This high purity single-stage regulator offers a compact, USP Class VI and BPE compliant design suitable for specialty, corrosive, and pyrophoric gases of < 5 SCFM / 142 SLPM. Diffusion-resistant metal diaphragm seal ensures gas purity and integrity.
