The connecting plate is used for pneumaticconnection (see Fig. 5).
Preferably fit the output ports with M5 screwfitings for 1.8x1 mm hose (@) and the pilotsupply port with an M5 male connector for4x1 mm hose .Use an M5 seal forall connections.
1 8x1 mm hoses (order no. 8082-0049)and 4x1 mm hoses (order no. 8082-0355)ensure reliable connection. Short switchingtimes can be achieved by keeping the hoselength as short as possible.
To prevent dirt particles entering, a filter with 30 ym mesh size is installed in the pilotsupply port. When the filter is blocked, re-move the screw plug and seal fromthe filter insert and use a screwdriver(4.5 mm blade) to unscrew the filter Clean or exchange the filter.
